What are Novalash lash extensions?
NovaLash Lash Extensions are a glamorous new way to extend the length and thickness of natural eyelashes. They are a practical, convenient and beautiful alternative to the daily use of mascara. Unlike decades-old, traditional false lashes, lash extensions are the first innovation in lash lengthening that can be worn daily, without nightly removal. Because each tapered, synthetic lash is bonded to a single natural lash, the final result is of effortless glamour undetectable even when close-up.

How long do they really last?
We recommend fills every two weeks for perfect results. After 4 weeks and depending upon retention, we may require a full set application again.
Can lash extensions harm natural lashes?
When applied properly, lash extensions will not harm natural lashes. The NovaLash application technique allows natural lashes to grow and thrive with extensions. This technique requires several different “separation” steps during the application process so each extension is adhered to a single natural lash in order to prevent interruption of the lash growth cycle.
Can mascara be used with lash extensions?
Mascara is typically not needed with lash extensions. Mascara should only be used when a touch-up is drawing near. Water-soluble mascara can be worn; however constant use of mascara may shorten the lifespan of lashes. Waterproof mascara is not recommended for use, as it will dissolve the bond with the lashes.
NovaLash glycol and carbonate free mascara is specifically formulated for use on extensions without interfering with the adhesive.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
- No contacts can be worn to any of our eye services.
- Come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free lashes.
- Avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment.
- Come with an idea of your desired look and get ready to rest, relax and enjoy a gorgeous look created just for you!
How do I care for my lashes?
Avoid tugging on them or rubbing your eyes.
Certain products should be avoided, especially any that contain oil as it will weaken the bond of the adhesive and cause your extensions to slip off.
Cleanse your lashes daily with a lash cleanser and brush to avoid an accumulation of dirt and debris, which create a breeding ground for infection.
Nightly conditioning is necessary to maximize the life of your extensions. Conditioning/cleansing pads are perfect for cleaning the lashes free of any makeup or debris while moisturizing the lashes to maintain flexibility.
Do you have blonde lashes?
Do you have blonde eyelashes? Our blonde clients will need a Lash Tint service prior to the procedure. This will be an additional charge.

Colored Eyelash Extensions
Black lashes may be the most common option, but nothing says “show-stopper” and “dramatic” like colored lashes. These creative palettes are the perfect way to make your eyes POP! Aftercare Kit
Be assured after your lash appointment that you have everything you need to maintain a lush set of lashes. Our exclusive Aftercare Kit contains Nighttime Conditioner and Cleansing Pads with pomegranate seed extract for conditioning, glycol and carbonate-free NovaLash Mascara, an extra mascara wand to comb through the lashes each morning, and an Aftercare Instruction Card.
Foreign Fills
Clients that decide to transfer over to us from their originally technician that we did not originally do their lash extension full service will be charged an additional one time charge of $25.
Price will go regular price after that. (PLEASE NOTE: Prices are subject to change higher at time of appointment depending what shape your lashes are in. We are basing our verbal price of the honesty policy and what week the client tells us their in).
Follow ups are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain your beautiful lashes. All maintenance appointments that are over 5 weeks will be considered a full set.
Scheduling Your Appointment
Due to the long duration of this service a credit card will be collected from you at the time of scheduling with the understanding that any appointment no shows or a less than 24 hour notice to reschedule will result in a charge equal to 50% of your scheduled service. 15 minutes late can be considered a no show or late will take away from your appointment time.
In an effort to guarantee that your lashes continue to embellish, it is very important to schedule SEVERAL fill appointment at time of service or we cannot guarantee service availability.
